Description:
Thermia Atella makes its debut on the growing European market
Tomorrow sees the release of Thermia's latest innovation: the Thermia Atella air/water heat pump.
Low investment costs in combination with tax concessions (Swedish "ROT") make Atella extra attractive right now.
The launch in Sweden will take place simultaneously with launches in 22 other countries around Europe.
Thermia Atella extracts energy from the air and is supremely competitive in terms of price and performance. It's a flexible heat pump that can be set up in accordance with each customer's individual needs and circumstances. For instance, parts from the existing heating system can be reused, which reduces the investment cost.
"This launch is coming just at the right time. Low investment costs, combined with tax concessions mean that more people will be able to make the investment in our new air water heat pump. Which in the long term is beneficial to us, our customers and the environment.
The heat pump is EU-classified as a renewable energy source, which further enhances the potential of our technical solutions", explains Björn Erlingsson, Thermia CEO.
In Sweden, sales of air/water heat pumps have more than double in the past four years. In Europe the potential is good as well. France is the largest market, and Germany is showing strong growth. The renovation market for residential dwellings is growing in Germany, and Atella is expected to find a large market here.
Atella is an air/water heat pump, meaning it takes energy from the air and delivers heat to radiators and floor heating, as well as hot water for the shower and bathtub. The model is available in four output sizes: 6, 8, 10 and 12 kW.
